Services rendered: Designed and developed the Nolwazi OER portal in Plone and a mobile app in Sencha Touch. For the curators it facilitated the uploading of educational resources and tagging according to the CAPS standard. The user interfaces for learners and teachers provides both a directed browsing facility and an open ended search engine.
